Read the reviews before ordering this for my grandson. Although there were some negatives, most were good for a first time student. It arrived yesterday and fortunately I noticed this morning that the lower body of the front of the guitar was cracked and coming apart from the side and bottom. I emailed customer service at AB right away - their return policy is that they must be notified 'within 48 hours of receipt of instrument of any damage" in order to return for refund. Since it is Saturday don't expect to hear back until Monday. If I don't. . .! I will buy a guitar for my grandson but will make sure that I can see it before purchase.
